THE CHALLENGE
CPG executives were actively seeking a space to share insights, learn from peers and make sense of a fast-moving landscape.
The opportunity was to own that conversation. By positioning themselves at the centre of it, CommerceIQ could build senior relationships, establish credibility as a leader in AI, and ensure those conversations translated into actual commercial pipeline, not just awareness.
THE SOLUTION
We built a global series targeting key markets, accounts and decision-makers, inviting expert speakers to help kickstart discussions around AI, growth and the future of retail. An exciting branding concept spoke precisely to the biggest challenges potential attendees faced.
After identifying our priority ICP, venues and topics for discussion were chosen to maximise appeal to our audience of CPG experts, and we provided additional support to CommerceIQ on nurturing high-opportunity, high-value conversations based on who was in the room.
As a result, we wanted to create events that felt like a series of nomadic private events rather than marketing pitches, with a focus on ensuring the right people were in the room and that commercial conversations happened naturally. With this approach, we were able to create genuine opportunities rather than just attendance figures and an unproductive evening.
